Transit Insurance

All shipments come with in-transit insurance. We are responsible for in transit loss and you shall be refunded in full. We are however, not responsible theft from your mailbox or doorstep after delivery.

We encourage you to get your items shipped to a safe access point nearby (eg a FEDex access point) so that the chances of theft from mailbox or doorstep are eliminated and you are able to self collect your parcel at your convenience.

Cognizant of The Value of Time

 On every product page, you will find its estimated delivery time to anywhere in mainland UAE just under the product price. 

These products are handmade in India and this estimate delivery time includes the time to process your order in India, shipping time from India to our UAE address (including customs clearance in India & UAE) and lastly domestic shipping to your given address.

We are committed to keep the time difference between the date an order is received and the day delivery made as promised. If we fail in our time commitment to you, you shall be entitled to a 25% store credit (Gift Card) OR the option to cancel the order OR to cancel and take full refund over and above the 25% store credit.

Therefore, what services we use for shipping will be handled on a case to case basis with the timely delivery promise paramount.
